The Front Desk staff must possess good communication skills, be personable and friendly. The staff must ensure a fun and smooth entrance to the play space.
Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide a customer first service that is prompt and helpful
Provide membership information and waivers to sign by parent/legal guardian
Assist the operations Manager and Director in booking for events/parties
Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise promptly
Reports to the Director of Operations/Manager of Operations
Skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Experience with the POS system
Available to be flexible with schedule, including weekends and evenings
